Raised in October 1912 with the 2nd division (4th, 5th and 6th batteries) of the 3rd not quick-firing Field Artillery Regiment and 4th and 6th batteries of the 1st not quick-firing Field Artillery Regiment and assigned to the 11th Infantry Division

Disbanded in August 1913

Re-Raised on 11 September 1915 from a nucleus taken from 1st artillery regiment

Disbanded on 17 December 1918
